Ordering

The order process is intended to be quick and efficient, if at any time you have problems please contact us at customercare@notecardfarm.com.

  • While browsing through our site you may purchase an item by clicking on "order".
  • When you finish shopping, click "check out" or "view order" and then click "check out".
  • Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click "continue". You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
  • After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
  • Most orders will ship within 3 business days of receipt of order. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Privacy

Note Card Farm respects your privacy and we do not share your personal information. We only collect information to provide you with an enhanced shopping experience. We use e-mail, traditional mail, and occasionally, the telephone to communicate with you regarding your orders. We also e-mail special promotions and announcements. If you do not want to receive these e-mails please send a message to customercare@notecardfarm.com.

Security

When you place an order at Note Card Farm your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number are encrypted using a secure sockets layer (SSL). This makes your information virtually impossible to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. Any information sent to us is stored and protected from unauthorized access.

Payment Options

Note Card Farm accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and PayPal Accounts. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us at 248.624.0162. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash.

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Rates vary, please see our shipping page.

Return Policy

We want you to smile! If you are unsatisfied with your U-PICK notes please contact us within within ten (10) days and provide complete details about the note(s) you wish to return. We will be happy to exchange these notes.

Unfortunately, personalized items where we have made no error, cannot be returned. Of course, if we make an error, we will happily replace it. Errors must be reported within ten (10) days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original instructions. Please verify spellings before submitting your order.

Unless an error was made on our part shipping charges are not refundable.

Color Representation

Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of our inks and envelopes may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor.

Paper Stock

All cards are printed on 65# brilliant white smooth card stock.

Font/Name Size

Each personalized note is individually hand designed by our trained staff. We make every effort to make your personalized notes look outstanding, as well as, as close to the sample on the web site as possible. Please be aware that different name lengths, initial capitals and ascending or descending letters may make your card appear different. Your name may become larger or smaller so that it fits well. Sorry, we do not provide proofs at this time.
